Terms & Conditions
- Customer will be billed after indicating acceptance of quote.
- 30% Advance payment should be made after accepting the quotation.
- inquiry valid about damaged products should be informed within 3 days from the stock received day.
- Courier charges to be paid directly to the person delivering. (Courier charge depends of the weight and size of the parcel, charges start from LKR 430/=)
- Each items are hand poured and casted one by one with a material similar to stoneware, and although we give our best, they will not be twins and each one of them will have their own features.
- Air bubbles may naturally appear in our handcrafted items and they are not considered a fault.
- If add Terrazzo for the Items additional charge will be applied (Rs : 100/-)
